Returns & Refund Policy

At Holistic OM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us — Email us at support@holysti.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive return instructions — Within 24–48 hours, we will provide you with a return shipping address and any additional instructions.
  3. Ship your return — Pack the item(s) securely and ship them to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund Details

  • Full refund — Issued for items returned in original, unused condition within 30 days.
  • Partial refund — May be issued for items that show signs of use or are not in original packaging.
  • Original shipping costs — Are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • Return shipping costs — Are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different variant (size, color, etc.), please contact us at support@holysti.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and follow the same 30-day window.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, burned (incense/candles), or altered

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times may vary
  3. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@holysti.com
