All orders include free tracked shipping with a tracking number sent to your email.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID and billing email to check status.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Here's how it works:

• We'll provide a return shipping label (free for damaged/defective items)
• Once we receive the item, refund is processed within 3–5 business days

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll send a free replacement.
